Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy governs all purchases made through Bulk Basket India (BBI). By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms stated below.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds shall be considered only under the following conditions:

The product delivered is damaged at the time of delivery, or
The product delivered is materially different from the order placed
No other circumstances shall qualify for return or refund.

Mandatory Reporting Timeline

Any issue must be reported on the same day of delivery or within 24 hours (next day)
Requests raised beyond this period shall be automatically rejected without exception

Verification & Approval Rights

All return/refund requests are subject to inspection and verification by BBI
BBI reserves the sole and absolute right to approve or reject any request
Supporting evidence (images/videos) may be required
In case of dispute, BBI’s decision shall be final and binding

Mode of Refund (Default Clause)

All approved refunds shall be issued strictly in the form of a Credit Note in BBI Wallet
The credit note is non-transferable and can only be used for future purchases on the platform

Refund to Original Payment Source

Refunds to the original payment method will be processed only if explicitly requested at the time of raising the return request
Such refunds shall be processed within 7–10 working days post approval
BBI shall not be liable for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party providers

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds/returns shall not be accepted in the following cases:

Late reporting beyond the defined timeline
Minor variations in product appearance, packaging, or weight
Improper storage or handling after delivery
Partially used, consumed, or tampered products
Change of mind or order cancellation post dispatch

Limitation of Liability

BBI shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Business losses arising due to delay, rejection, or product dissatisfaction beyond the above terms

Policy Amendments

BBI reserves the right to modify, update, or change this policy at any time without prior notice.
